I have a book with all my papers along with a picture of each dog that I take with me. I never let anyone come to my house anymore. My husband is the manager of an O'Reilley's store, so I always meet them there with the puppies. I have lots of protection there cause they all know me!
I started this even before that mess in CA happened. I just got to the point where I wasn't comfortable having people come to my home anymore.
If people don't understand then I guess they don't want a puppy very much. I will give them names and numbers of others who have bought my puppies for references, so either they deal with me or they can go somewhere else, I will always sell my puppies so I don't worry too much.
