If I remember right, the hernia was soft and squishy when you touched it. I remember the vet told us that it was too small to operate when we first noticed it and he said wait till it is a little bigger. When she had the surgery she came thru with flying colors and recovered really quickly. I am hoping everything works out ok with you and you can get some sleep tonight. Please let us know what you find out at the vet.
