Unfortunately, this doesn't suprise me at all. Working at a dog/cat rescue I suppose has given me thicker skin. We get phone calls and walk-in's just like this so often they're like a dime a dozen. A dog gives his/her whole life to these people and one day they just decide the dog no longer fits their lifestyle. I am sorry but I feel no sympathy towards the owner. The only victim here is the dog. She did nothing wrong and yet she was killed. (euthanized is a watered down version of the word killed that helps people to feel better about the decision that they make to take the lives of the pets that love them unconditionally) All the behavior issues described were all more than likely caused by the owner. Dogs don't just have issues, their owners do.
Nobody is perfect but this is unforgivable.
