I think you should definately take her back to the vet if she isn't wanting to take food by now & her breathing sounds odd.

While you're there ask him about afercare of the wound.
Usually they advise you to gently bathe the wound daily with water that's been boiled & cooled with a little salt added to keep it clean & prevent infection.
