I think a vet visit is a good idea. No matter the outcome, you will feel better for having taken her. Do not feel guilty. You did the right thing. How would you feel if you did not have her spade and as a result she ended up with mammary cancer? Whatever is going on with her is probably no where near as horrific as mammary cancer.
