I pulled through a little Yorkie boy with LS. See his video in my signature. He will go on to live a long happy life with few restrictions.
I also have one in my home now that has MVD, not repairable. He will be on a special diet for the rest of his life and hopefully he will live a long happy one.
My guess is to change the diet right away if her numbers are high. Mine is on LD which you need to get at to get vet.
