Hi Everyone! Here's the thing, we went to see my Mother in-law tonight and after doing a little more research I need some help. She has a male yorkie who is about 2yrs. old now. ( When we decided to get a yorkie, we got a little girl so if we wanted to, we could breed them.) Ok, here the thing, I don't think he is a full Yorkie. His coat is really changed over the past year or so. He started out black and tan ( I wouldn't say blue, but I could be wrong) But now he is almost all silver with a little bit of tan, no black/blue at all. He has a very curly coat, and his ears are a bit floppy. His legs also seem to be a bit long for his body. Please Don't get me wrong, He is a sweetie and she loves him ooooooo sooooooo much! But I do not want to breed my little girl with him. I'm hoping you guy's can help me, do you think he could be part poodle (He is reg. AKC) or is this just a lot of faults? I know she will not be happy when I tell her that we will not be breeding the two, but I really feel it's for the best. So, if we do decide to breed her, we will need to find a good stud in Mi. Not sure if that's what we want to do or not.
