I am new to your group because I just got a Yorkie. I ordered a harness vest that was 40.60, this price was plus shipping. I paid them through Paypal on 5/05. There regular shipping was 10-15 business days, and around 8 dollars. On 5/21 I emailed and asked where my order was. They stated since I didn't pay for the higher shipping and handling charges it hasn't been sent out. Then on 06/06, emailed them again, stating it is now over a months time, they wrote back and stated that I am rude for asking where my product is and they still hadn't shipped it. I told them to refund my money back or I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Burea in their jurisdiction and that I would have VISA get the money back. They finally refunded my money with those threats. But if you do not pay for the higher shipping and handling charges good luck getting the product. Be careful about this so called business.
