I also think you should call your vet. Poor baby-and you! My girl "sprung" back with all her energy in nearly 24 hours and thought she was nuts! My maltese did not, she didn't cry or anything but was very wobbly for days from the anesthesia (which we later found she has a disease and does't take meds well).
So, I'm sure they all recover differently, but I would be safe and ask your vet and maybe have him look at her. Hope she gets better soon!
