Hi everyone, I would just like to share what happened to me at
www.purecountry.net in hopes that you all use caution if you order anything for your baby from them. I have ordered my yorkie a litte t-shirt from there that said Mommy's Little Girl. Naturally, I was so excited for it to come. When I recieved it, to my surprise the neck of the shirt was barely 4 inches and litterally did not stretch at all. My baby is only 1.5 pounds now, and as little as she is there is just no way of getting this shirt over her cute little head. I sent back the item and exhanged it. . . .surpirse, item number two is the same way. After the third time, I asked for a refund since everything I recieved was not suitable for a yorkie to wear. Well, after many unreturned phone calls, I finally hear from the owner. I never spoke with some one so disrespectful. She told me that there is a law that does not allow refunds and that I can only have an exchange. I need to pick more merchandise. First of all, there is no such thing of a law like that. Secondly, I been through 3 shirts and they are clearly defective. The owner even went as far as hanging up the phone on me. . very childish. My credit card company is now fighting to dispute this charge.
