Stealing a logo and making knock-offs are illegal, so no matter what anyone thinks, it's still against the law. I don't think theirs anything wrong w/ marijuana (I don't do it, I just don't think its any worse than drinking though) but it's still illegal. A lot of people smoke weed, does that make it any more legal?
Also, Paris Hilton has been known to drive under the influence, does that make it right?
