one more thing.. i know it will be hard.. but try and stay calm for her... she is going to know the second you are upset that something is going on... i cried when i left layla but i saved it for the car... i know she hates the vets but i didn't want her to see me upset (yes.. they can tell!!) and become even more upset... when i was there they let me stay until she was all "loopy" which i found helped a lot... but regardless of how long you can stay... stay strong of her and crumble later...
