Makes me glad I live out here in the country. I doubt PETA could find me out here in the woods. I don't like the idea of people lying so that they can spy on me here in my own home. If they want to do an inspection all they have to do is say so. In Gloucester you don't have to have a kennel license unless you have 15 or more dogs. At least that's what I was told. If I don't feel good about a potential home for my babies I simply tell them I'm sorry, I don' t feel that this is going to work out.
