Every Petsmart is different... they are all certified in order to do anything more than give the dog a bath, but that doesnt mean theyre all that good. i work at petsmart as a dog trainer, and truthfully i wouldnt trust them enough to take my yorkie to get groomed.. knowing what goes on when the parents leave makes me not trust them.
some can actually be really good though, its more of how much the people actually like their jobs... the ones that do spend the extra time to treat your dog right arent very common just because they get payed on how many dogs they groom. |
