You definently want to have those deciduous teeth removed.
If you're having your dog fixed and the surgery goes well, many vets will go ahead and extract a few teeth at that time.

The retained baby teeth can cause a lot of problems down the line for the adult teeth behind them and in her overall health condition if not removed.
