I don't think that much NutriCal is good for her. The directions on the NutriCal box state that "When your dog or cat is not eating to its full ration: 3tsp (1 tbsp) per 10 pounds of body weight daily." Is there an emergency vet you can call to ask their opinion? They are usually very helpful even on the phone.
I hope she will get better soon.
