That is true because I met a lady who brought her large dog into Walmart and a lot of people were trying to stop her so I stopped to talk to her and she said he is her stress dog. She said she didn't need paperwork to prove it and simply stated that the dog kept her sane and that if he wasn't with her she would totally freak out and either hurt herself or others?

Yeek.. That was enough to make me leave her alone
