When I got Pheobe, I didn't know
that dog are not allowed in stores like Target, and I was there every weekend with Pheobe and nobody said a word, they just look at me and smile. Now I look for sign, or I will ask, 99% they will say yes, no problem as long she is on her carrier is fine.
