I've gotten Mr. Biggs groomed there since he was a pup. They do a good job with him. I always try and hae the same person groom him, just so they're familiar with him. But my mom had sent me an e-mail about how a bunch of dogs had died at petsmat because supposably not all of their groomers are certified. The whole new story really kind of freaked me out, so I've been looking into other places, but even then, some of the other place I've looked into look so much worse than petsmart, or the people who work there just look so dirty. I dunno... JMO. I'm sticking with petsmart until I can find something better in my area. They have windows in their whole grooming section, so they can't be doing somehting too horrible to the animals, or no one would go there, right? |
