How old is your baby? Lex lost his last baby tooth right before his neuter at 13 months. I have seen posts on here with doggies that have lost their last baby teeth midway between one and two years old.
When I had Lex neutered I had his teeth cleaned. The vet had offered to remove any baby teeth for free being as he was going to be under and luckily by that time they had fallen out. But they did charge me $50 extra above the cost of the neuter because I had them do a cleaning while he was under.
