Years ago, my mother was sued by someone when her german shepherd attacked two toy poodles. The court ruled that the toy poodles were "personal property" because they were under 10 lbs. and they were allowed to go EVERYWHERE because they were considered personal property. Does anyone know a lawyer or anything about the law that can be checked. I've tried to check it out in Pennsylvania but haven't gotten very far. Maybe I'll email Cindy Adams and see what she knows! We are trying to go to the South Caroline, Myrtle Beach, and can't find a "nice" hotel that will take my baby! It stinks.
