Hello I was wondering if it was possible for a 5 lb mommy Yorkie and a 4 lb Dad Yorkie to have a very tiny baby... I am considering buying a puppy that breeder says should mature to be around 2 lbs. She is 1 lb at 11 weeks and he says she's very healthy..

Also, the puppy is black and tan... Does that mean no silverish or white colors throughout her coat? or very minimal?
