I swear by Nature's Miracle! Love the stuff, and even keep a bottle in my laundry room to treat tough stains before clothes washing. I even used this on a rug in my MIL's house that had a large four year old coffee stain, and it took it out! Just make sure you leave it on the recommended amount of time so it can do the job. It can be found in just about any pet store, including Petsmart and Petco.
