she probably won't be able to tell you that she has to go potty.. layla had an accident on the blanket before i figured it out.. so i took her out every few hours and you have to help her stand.. she will probably be too out of it to stand on her own.. layla didn't have pain meds and was fine.. just be very gentle when you move her.. she will let you know if it hurts... i had a new toy for layla when she came home.. she still has it and it is one of her favorites.. have a nice little spot all ready for her to lay down when you get home and try and have everything out ready so you dont' have to leave her too long to go get something.. poor babe.. she'll do great!
