We just went through the same thing. Zeus is 3 1/2 and is an absolute SPOILED little boy. He really is our baby! We decided to get him a sister and she has been with us since Sat night and I am so very proud of my little guy. He really surprised me and has been so accepting of his little sister. They are not best friends yet, but I can tell it is only gonna take a little while and they will be. He hasn't snapped at her or acted out in any way. We are struggling with the house training, as Enja is used to having a doggie door, but overall she has been great about letting us know when she has to potty. Right now we keep them separated during the day until we are sure they will be ok.
I say go for it! Zeus has been much more active since Enja arrived and he seems really happy, which is what we wanted! Everyone I have talked to says it is so much better with 2 or more and I have to agree!
