I'm not sure what places allow small dogs either. I'm pretty sure that the mall is okay, as long as you have him in a dog carrier or tote of some sort or maybe a stroller. Some dining establishments allow dogs if they have an outside area and the outside patio is accessible from the outside, but you have to ask to make sure. Do a google search for pet friendly places or restaurants in Tampa, FL. Congrats on your new pup! It's very good that you are socializing him. It is sooo important!
