[Archie's Mom]

I'm struggling with the idea of getting a second Yorkie. I adore my little boy, he's pretty well behaved and seems pretty happy, but a little bored. I wonder how he would react to a little playmate (he's a very spoiled Mama's boy!). I also worry about the extra work the second one (especially when it comes to housetraining) would entail -- as well as the increased noise factor (I live in a condo), though my boy is NOT a big barker but he barks more when with other dogs. My boy is a year old now: When would be the best time to introduce a new puppy? The new puppy would be a girl and hopefully a more passive pup than my little Alpha Man!

Is there a single person out there who has two Yorkies out there who has successfully integrated the second one into the family? I'm single and have no kids, so it's just me and my little Archie.
