Someone here also said that it doesn't make that click sound if you do nails right after a bath.
Its the click sound they hate so much.
You have to cut really really short to hit that quick also. Adonis got one of his nails caught in an afgan, and it ripped 1/2 way off. I couldn't get it off, so took him to the vet when they opened up.
Nail was broken close to the quick. She charged me like 9 bucks, and did all his nails while I watched, teaching me how to do it. The only one that bled was the one that was broke 1/2 way off. And that one, was much more than 1/2 way, it was close to all the way off.
May want to try clipping nails every day to get to where you want them.
Sometimes when watching tv, I'll do one foot, give them a break, then start up again. Repeat till finished. |
