Here is one that will work for you that I make.
4 cups rice flour
1 cup of non fat chicken or beef broth
1/2 cup fresh carrots (in food processer till chopped fine)
1/2 cup fresh broccoli (in food processer till chopped fine)
Mix all ingredients well (add more broth a little at a time if it's too dry) and spread out on a non stick cookie sheet to about 1/4 inch thick. Bake in a 200 degree oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. Lay out on a cookie rack to cool and break into small pieces, put in freezer zip-lock bags and freeze. No need to thaw before giving them these treats. |
