My dogs poo twice a day, plus I have friends dogs that come over, my driveway is 300 ft long & I use to bag & trash but the smell. With it being in the ground 4ft down, plus dirt doesnt hold odor like a trash can does. I used this method before I got this product to try it out. I just dug a hole with post hole diggers & put a board over it as a lid at first, it worked out-no smell so I went ahead and bought this $40 lid
. But we are country & like digging holes
one hole is easier for me then walking down a 300 ft driveway on ice, in rain, waving at my neighbors w/a baggy of doo doo,lol & running to hide so you dont have to see the look on the trash mans face. But I guess it does depend on your living situation & whats easier for you.
