No one should ever purchase a pup because it is the "in" thing to do.

You're SO RIGHT - but how do the teens learn that - They're now selling CARRIERS in Department stores - probably to match clothes - can you just IMAGINE a poor little dog at a RAVE party ? There really IS something wrong with our world these days when a live animal is a fashion accessory - not to mention how many people are going to start Breeding just to get in on the trend....It's almost like we're going backwards in the fight to stop over-population in dogs...
