 panting in car. normal?
howie used to never do this, but for the past month or so now, everytime we're in the car, he sticks his tounge out like he's panting or is thirsty. i try to give him water but he doesn't want to drink it. is this normal and will he be okay? i feel like his body would get tired from all of that. sometimes the drives are long (an hour or so), so i'm kind of worried. but, how do i not take him in the car? even when we take 15 minute drives now, he'll do this.
