I agree about the food stores with Sam we didnt go to the grocery department but if he is in his carrier, I wont say I wouldnt. I wouldnt take him to a restaurant.
Dallas is supposed to be passing some law - and may have already that you can have your dog on the patio of a restaurant as long as they are behaved.
