Sneak her in!!
My boyfriend's sister lives in an apartment building in Los Angeles and the walls are incredibly thin. There is a no pet policy there also. She has a Boston Terrier though. AND, we brought Ferdinand with us to see her one weekend and he barked up a storm, but she never got in trouble.
If you get caught, just play dumb like you didn't know the no pet policy, lol
