I'm in a pretty small town in NY and that's why I really don't get the limit. Just a few weeks ago I believe someone was busted for hoarding cats!! There are no limits on cats or other animals.. but there are on dogs!?
I mean these people had over 75 cats in a small two bedroom home. It was crazy!!
Another thing is.. I know there are leash laws here and at least 3 of my neigbors that I can count let their dogs roam freely in the streets and it's so annoying!! The people across from me have a huge lab, then there's the chi around the corner. Never leashed, ever. It's scary. |
