She will be fine, trust me. My red heeler came down with kennel cough. He picked it up from the dogs next to our property. He just had a hacking cough, like he had something stuck in his throat. After a trip to the vet, and some antibiotics, he was fine in about a week. I did ask the neighbors if their dogs had been coughing. They said yes, but was going to let it run it's course. Two of the dogs did not recover.
