So glad to hear she is recovering.
As for the dehydration - I Can Help!!
Boil some chicken and give her the water you boiled the chicken it. It smells yummy and she should lap it up!
We started doing this for Jewel when she was ill. Doc said a 4 pound dog need minimum of 1/4 cup a water per day so if you can get Lexie to drink 1/2 cup it should be great. It's amazing how dehydration can leave you feeling weak.
