IMHO the difference between a breeding yorkie fancier and a typical back yard breeder are distinctively different.
A breeding yorkie fancier tend to select their breeding bitch and sire with care and take the proper steps, tests and vet visits prior to breeding and after to insure they have healthy happy babies and doesnt release their babies before 12 weeks, where as, the typical back yard breeder buys whats in their market place, concentrates on the market demand, doesnt consider the quality of their breeding but the quantity, only sees a vet when necessary and advertises there babies at 6 weeks.
