I have been involved with reputable, show breeder/exhibitor in many different breeds, on and off for more than 30 years. Maybe I just know the right people and maybe some of them price their dogs much higher to breeders, if they sell them at all. Most show breeders only breed for themselves and when, on rare occasions they have puppies, are extremely particular where their puppies go. And. $3500.00 is to still to much for a dog that is not standard. Oh, I forget, "rare".
