I had a massage the other day and the girl was telling me about Holistic ways of people and animals...I found out from her that Iams and Science Diet are not the best foods availabel to your puppy or dog...Iams was bought out by Purina and both foods contain corn or corn bi-produsts which are fillers and dehydrate the animal, and ironically enough Charlie has been itching alot and drinking alot of water...Most people who try to cleanse the puppy from this give them what you want in a good dog food or puppy food, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Rice and Mixed Veggies and skip dog food...She said her friend gives her dogs a peeled carrot for a chew and snack goo vitamin A...What do others think about the ingredients in food for our animals, I am curious to know, I knoiw this to be very true as our shepherd had alot of skin drying issues and we had to experiement w/ her food...Thanks, yml P>S> my vet said puppy shampoo designated for puppies, I was using J&J No more Tears and he said our skin and theirs are not the same...
