You took my quote and used it out of context but I know this thread has gotten sort of confusing. That quote was from a discussion with Stewie's mom. I was using an analogy about the fact that just because a criminal is someones's child doesn't mean they should get away with a crime. We were no longer talking about the incident that started the thread.
I think that none of us really know what happened because we weren't there and the article is pure hearsay. We can only talk in generalizations about what we might do in a similar situation. I was just surprised that some people said they wouldn't defend their dog if he/she was attacked. |
