I hope you decided to give her a bath. The vet suggested that I use Frontline on the 1st of the month making it easier to remember. She also said to use the Heartguard at that time, but I wait five days as that's a lot of chemicals for a little dog to deal with.

As for the ear cleaning, she gave me a squirt bottle of this lite blue stuff and said to squirt a little of it in each ear before bathing. I squirt in a little and then squish her ear a little. I've been taking Debbie in the shower with me for a long time now and it works out very well. I know she is thoroughly rinsed and we have never had a problem with water in the ears. You have to go with what works for you and I've found taking a shower with her is very efficient and easy.
