aww.. i remember like it was yesterday when layla got spayed.. she was one tired girl... she came home the same night... i stayed on the couch (she is in her crate) so that i could hear her when she woke up... she will probably need you to hold her up when she needs to pee... layla had a few accidents on a blanket because she wasn't able to tell me that she had to go.. so take her out frequently... she didn't feel like eating much but i made sure she drank a lot... also we bought baby onsies to put on her instead of the e-collar. that way she was comfy and i knew that when i was sleeping she wouldn't take her stiches out.. she wore those to bed until the vet removed her stiches. layla was groggy for about 3 days after... but slowly came around... make sure you don't bathe her until her stiches are gone. i'll be thinking of you both and don't hesitate to post questions if you have any
