breny, I just copied this off the AKC site. Apparently if the box is blank you do have to mail it in.
If you are the new owner of the dog and there is no PIN on the registration application, the litter owner must start the on-line dog registration process. The puppy owner then can complete the on-line registration. When the process is complete, AKC will mail the registration certificate to the owner. |
