On your pups AKC paperwork.....on the left hand side near the bottom, there is the part where it says:

To Request Limited Registration

There is says that if you want to request limited you need to blacken in the box. Normally there is a 3 digit number in the box as well. What if there is NOT a 3 digit number? I notice on this paperwork I'm not able to register her on line. Is this number used only to register on line?
