Default Older yorkie disciplines/protects younger one

Well, I was in the bathroom the other day and Sophie started chewing on the wicker garbage basket....I told her "SOPHIE, NO!" and to stop and immediately after I did that Topher went over to her and gave her a swat (for lack of a better word). It was obvious he was telling her to stop what she was doing!

Also, whenever we walk into our livingroom, Sophie loves to grab at our socks and Topher immediately grabs at her to get her to stop biting our feet.

I've witnessed him doing this time and time again when I'm trying to discipline Sophie...he always has to go over to her to put his two cents in! I must say she listens to him better than she listens to me!! lol

Aside from the disciplining, I've also seen him be very protective of her. I was sewing yesterday and the cord of the iron was hanging down from the ironing board...Sophie went over to it and began to chew on the cord. Before I could stop her, Topher went over to her and strongly nudged her away from the cord. I'd never seen anything like this in my life!

Have any of you with two or more yorkies witnesses behaviors like this?
