Breny,

If it's just a whole lot of noise and an occasional yip from the puppy, I think it would be best if you stayed out of it. Puppies can be obnoxious to other dogs and it's important that they learn what's acceptable and what isn't. My guess is that Tia is trying to teach the puppies some manners.

Naturally, you'll want to stay on top of it and, if what I'm saying doesn't ring true, then consulting a trainer would be a good idea.

The other thing that you might try is making it clear that YOU are the leader in the household - not Tia. The NILIF (nothing is life is free) is commonly recommended for this purpose. I just posted it on another thread:
