My Sassy is 14 and suffering from what I think is a collapsed trachea. She's seen several Drs here to the tune of several thousand $$$ and they have diagnosed "chronic lung disease". I think they're wrong. I just found all the info online regarding CT and she has all the symptoms. I need to find a Dr. in Chicago w/experience with collapsed traceas fast. Please help me!

I know she is old, perhaps too old for surgery, but I have to find out.
