Bella did the same thing, sometimes still does. I still tell her good girl since she could of gone anywhere and at least made it to the pad. She is about 99.9% trained to go on the pad.
Now, I still have the problem of her wanting to eat her poop if I don't get it in time. The deter was working but not anymore
