Thanks - I'll work on the calm assertiveness and not giving in when he's fought me continuously for 30 minutes. He's very stubborn (terrier) It's worth whatever I have to do and however long it takes to be able to do it myself at home. Sometimes when a friend comes over I'll ask them to help me while I trim his face and feet. Thanks everyone, Wish me Luck!!!!
